HOW REVERS LAWMAKER HON KELECHI NWOGU SAVED LITTE GIRLS LIFE

15-year-old Progress Chimenem Amadi underwent appendicitis surgery and her situation went from bad to worse due to quackery on the side of the doctor who carried out the surgery on her. She was discharged from the hospital, she couldn't move, she was bleeding severely, her intestines were exposed and about coming out. Miss Progress was dying in the hands of her mother, Mrs Charity, a single parent. Mrs Charity thought she has lost her daughter because she wasn't even having transport fare to take her to another hospital, she started running around to raise money to save her only daughter's life but nobody was ready to save her only daughter's life. Mrs Charity was crying to God to come down and help her. She picked up her diary and started calling random numbers for help, there she came across Hon. Kelechi Nwogu's number that someone gave to her far back in 2011 during an election campaign, she doesn't even know who he is because they have not met before, she called and the moment the lawmaker picked, she started screaming "please sir, please sir, I need money, I need money, my only daughter is dying" When it was time for Miss Progress to be discharged from the hospital after three weeks, the hospital management refused to let her go because of unsettled medical bills. Mrs Charity called Hon. Kelechi Nwogu, but the lawmaker was busy with legislative engagement, so he sent members of his foundation (Kelechi Nwogu Foundation) to the hospital to clear the bills, the sum of N291,620 (two hundred and ninety-one thousand, six hundred and twenty naira) was paid to clear the outstanding bills, the sum of N50,000 was given to Mrs Charity to take care of Miss Progress while she recuperate fully.
